Man dies after crash between motorcycle and car
Police have confirmed that a 43-year-old man died as a result of a two-vehicle crash near Llanuwchllyn.
A statement from North Wales Police said two vehicles were involved in a crash on the A494 near Llanuwchllyn at 2:45pm on July 23. The crash involved a silver Seat Leon and a red BMW motorcycle.
Officers have not confirmed whether the man who died was the motorcyclist or travelling in the car.

Crash closes road in Caerphilly
Brook Row is closed in both directions due to an accident between Glyn Terrace and Moores Row.
Local diversion in place. Emergency services are on site.

Emergency services tackle house fire in Bargoed
Emergency services are attending after a report of a house fire on Gilfach Street, Bargoed. The fire broke out at around 5am this morning.
Diversions are in place following the incident and road users have been asked to find alternative routes while the emergency services deal with the blaze. The severity of the fire is not yet known. It is also not yet known whether anyone in the property was affected by the blaze.
